Prepare a Bosnia and Herzegovina website project around one usable result

A project brief does not need to begin with a platform choice. It should explain who needs to finish a task, what information they use and where the present process stops helping them. That gives discovery something concrete to examine.

Bring a public website address where available and a small fictionalised example. Identify the languages and scripts used by the relevant customers and staff. The first discussion should not require a copy of your customer database or access credentials sent through a public form.

Describe the task from both sides

For a catalogue enquiry, explain what the buyer knows before opening the page. Do they have a supplier reference, a drawing, a familiar product name or only an application? Then identify what staff need before they can provide the next useful response.

Those starting points may require different routes. A buyer with an exact reference should not have to guess a category chosen for marketing purposes. Someone without a reference may need a clear description field and human clarification. Neither route should claim that the website has established technical suitability.

Follow the example into the receiving process. Name the role that reviews it, the tool that holds the record and the decision the person must make. If the difficulty is only observed on the screen, describe that observation without assuming a database or integration fault.

Identify decisions and constraints

List the tools that must remain, the people who approve changes and any provider access that is still pending. The business owner may need to decide how partial availability is presented. A technical reviewer may need to approve product terminology. A native-language reviewer may need to approve the customer-facing instructions.

These are dependencies, not defects in the project plan. Naming them early helps avoid building a screen around an answer nobody has authorised.

A real deadline should have a reason: a supplier transition, an agreed launch or a service being withdrawn. Distinguish the fixed event from preferences about timing. A first delivery can sometimes preserve an essential task while a larger migration receives the review it needs.

Write an acceptance example

Replace “make the portal easier” with a task that can be inspected. An authorised customer can open the document associated with its own quotation, while a different organisation cannot retrieve that file. Or staff receive an enquiry with its reference, quantity and unit preserved, and an incomplete line remains visible for clarification.

Include one ordinary exception. What should happen if the document is unavailable, a required detail is missing or the receiving provider cannot be reached? The exception often reveals work that an ideal demonstration conceals.

Agree the working arrangement

Faith Forge Labs works remotely from the United States. Technical discussions are in English unless another arrangement is expressly agreed. Decide separately which languages are required for the site, meetings, technical documentation, user instructions and support.

The written scope should name the first delivery, responsibilities, review arrangements, fees, timing and relevant exclusions. Your organisation and qualified advisers determine commercial and professional requirements. The development proposal should explain how agreed requirements will be implemented and checked.

Use the project-brief guide for a worked example, or the enquiry worksheet to trace the present task. Send a short description when you have enough to explain the difficulty. Priprema projekta na bosanskom jeziku is also available.
