DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
System connections and data exchange
Reduce repeat entry while keeping failures understandable.
A supplier enquiry can reach the next tool and still lose the detail a colleague needs to prepare a quotation. We offer connections that carry the requested item, quantity, unit and specification context into the receiving team's actual work, rather than treating a successful transfer as the whole result.
Keep a product line intelligible
In an invented request, product 0042 is needed in twelve packs against specification revision B. A destination showing product 42, quantity twelve and no unit would describe a different task. We agree which reference must remain unchanged, how the unit is represented and how the colleague finds the revision the buyer reviewed. Pack conversion requires an approved business rule; it is not a guess for the connector to make.
Recover the missing line
Suppose the request appears in the staff tool but its second product line is rejected. The connection should expose that incomplete result and the reason a person must act. Retrying the failed part must not create another enquiry or silently mark the original ready for quotation. The first paid scope can be one supported import or API handoff with a readable exception list and a controlled retry.
Before committing, we inspect an invented source example, the destination fields and the interfaces available on your actual provider plan. Acceptance asks a colleague to prepare the next question from both a complete and an incomplete transfer. See the notes on quantity and unit and specification revisions. Any invoice, tax or customs behavior remains for your accountant and chosen provider to define; we implement the agreed technical route without claiming professional certification.
