Website support and care
Keep a supported website useful after its first release.
Routine care should leave a catalogue safe for the next ordinary change, not merely show that its homepage still opens. We can support the publishing and enquiry path around a real editing task, alongside the platform work agreed for your existing website.
Change a specification without rewriting history
For a fictional item, an editor replaces revision B with approved revision C. New visitors need the current document and a clear label. A quotation already prepared from B should still identify B; changing the public download must not silently rewrite the record behind that earlier conversation.
We agree how an editor uploads the replacement, where the current version is labelled and who approves affected product text. If English and the existing Bosnian branch refer to the item, their update and wording-review responsibilities are made explicit. A care arrangement can include a private rehearsal, ordinary updates, supported dependency work and focused fixes around this path, with the scope based on the site's actual condition.
Check the enquiry after the edit
Acceptance opens the saved old document link and the current product page, then sends an agreed test enquiry in a test environment. The receiving colleague should be able to identify which revision informed each request. A failed upload or enquiry should have a visible correction route. We also rehearse reversing a mistaken content change; that does not mean deleting requests received since the edit.
The catalogue-update handover note describes the editor's task. Start with the public URL and a difficult recurring change. Access is arranged securely and accounts remain yours. Work frequency, supported components, response hours and any emergency cover require an explicit agreement; no continuous response commitment is implied.
